August 2004

From Stu Wild on 26 August 2004

Hey guys,

Been a while since I visited and commented on these pages. Good to see they're still going strong!

Just wanted to say hi again and if you goto XFM's website, they have a Feeder gig you can watch through Real Player. Mark Richardson is rocking like a good-en!

Very good quality on broadband - eee I like my job,. hehe!

There's a few other bands there too, the Muse gig is also especially cool.

Well worth a look!

Take Care all
Stu

Hello!
Just wanted to say HI! and let you know that I love the site. I didn't think there would be anything on The Angels after all this time, so reading up on everyones current stuff was great. I fell in love with Jimmy too and called my keyboard after him, my only excuse is that I was VERY young.
Keep up the good work and congratulations on the birth of your beautiful daughter.

i cant belive iv'e just found this website!!!!!!!!!i've been a fan of LAs since i was 18 and i'm sorry to say i'm 30 this month! i first saw them in cardiff and met jimmy and fell in love! i than followed them to bristol, london and god knows where,i managed to get backstage passes to all most every gig.i also got to go to the end of tour party at the london palia or what ever that nightclub is called.i got very frindly with jimmy once and will never forget it as long as i live.they were so underated, and was gutted to hear that they had split up. its a shame as a lot of bands today cant even mime on top of the plops (as we call it in our house)let alone do a full live tour and be completly live and be remembered so long after they have split up as las. so keep up the good work and anyone who went to any ot the same gigs let us know. cheers kellie.
