December 2000

From Tim Croydon on 23 December 2000

Hi there!!

I've been searching for years for a copy of 'Don't Prey For Me'.  Does anyone have a copy to sell or know where one is available?

Thank you

Tim

bells

THANKS to everyone who has visited this site, who keeps coming back, who has made this site a SUCCESS!!!  There was me thinking I was the only one who still remembered the Little Angels.

Keep on rocking, and Have a Great Christmas and New Year!!

From James Eesifreek on 20 December 2000

HEY!!!

I have searched the web tirelessly for Little Angels pages (and b.l.o.w. for that matter!) trying to find out anything at all.

Finally I find one - hurrah! Nice to see that former members have found the site too, (hey Tobe - hey Mark!)

You guys are certainly fondly remembered - I still have the garish red "Jam" tour shirt and wear it onstage on occasion, it still gets noticed! *hehehehe*

Tobe - if this music idea of yours ever comes off, get in touch man - that's just the sort of thing we could use!

Anyways - It's just good to see that the Angels flag is still being flown in one way or another, I think a link from our site will be heading your way on the next update!

Take it Eesi!

Oh yeah - and Happy Xmas fellow guestbookers!

From Steve Popplewell on 13 December 2000

Wow finally,
Just found you guys on the web at last.
Its been a long time....
I have followed the band since those Too Posh to Mosh days (I think I still have the original t-shirt somewhere)
I recently had a clear out of old video tapes and came across a report from Look North when LA came to My old School (Roundhay High School, Leeds)on the Rock and Roll Education tour.Theres a few secs of live stuff and interviews with the band. This tape has a special place in my collection as me and my mates are all there in the background sat in the common-room.
Did any of you guys out there go down to the video shoot for "Do you wanna Riot"?
Myself and a couple of freinds picked up a coach laid on by the fan club and had a fantastic day somewhere outside London at a very cold Ice rink.
I used to have a copy of the video somewhere with us all on it arseing about in the crowd but it appears to have got lost in the mess.
I have very fond memories of the video shoot as "Don't prey for me" was just about to be released and we had the first rough cut of the album playing on the coach stereo on the way down.
We met loads of other fan club members and had a ball.
I also remember having a fab afternoon at Bruce's parents house in scarborough. I had gone over to take a look at one of Bruces Kramer guitars that he wanted to sell.
Regretfully I did not buy the guitar (a bit strapped for cash in those days) but did get to play Bruces much favoured Red Kramer Pacer guitar.
It was quite strange sat having a cup of tea with a guy who you have only watched on stage before.

Anyway...this must be one of the longest postings on the noticeboard so I will draw this trip down memory lane to a close...

However,It is great to know there are other LA fans still out there enjoying the music and that the band are all doing OK.

Keep in touch and thanks to the band for just the best times!

Regards

Steve
